He is analytic chemistry and environmental chemistry full professor at the Università degli studi del Molise.
He has been working on the characterisation of food matrixes, by means of innovative methodologies for analysis, the development and the application for the qualitative and quantitative determination of chemical compounds (contaminants, pollutants, nutrients) in food, agriculture, biological and anthropogenic matrixes.
